In accordance with S.A.R. member #79901, Thomas arrived in Charles Co, MD on 2 Feb 1670). He is 5th generation descendant of Sir Nicholas THOMAS (1496-1550) and Elizabeth ROSE (1525-1549) of England. His descendants moved southward into the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida.  The Georgia settlers were primarily in Brantley, Pierce, Ware and Wayne counties.
